PRO-DRIVE, INC. accepts orders executed only on our Purchase Agreement.
A method has been provided below that will allow you to display and review
the Pro-Drive Inc. Purchase Agreement. Click on the "Purchase
Agreement" link below and it will be displayed. You may use your web
browser print command to print out a copy ready for execution and submission.
However, since this is strictly a form for your to use and it is ready for
printing, no direct link is provided back to our web page. You must click on
"back" Button on your web browser to return to the rest of the
Pro-Drive Inc web pages.
We do not accept orders online. Payment may be by check, MasterCard, or Visa.
The purchase agreement may be snail mailed to us, or, sent to our FAX number at
the bottom of this page.
NO ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID SIGNATURE ON THE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges and customs fees.
